When you are ready to start using this option, call the Customer Call Center at 800-742-0023 or send an email to tlc@SolutionOneNow.com. Your account number, password and access instructions will then be e-mailed to you. Now you will have one place for all your equipment needs!
Our service and supplies agreement includes all service and supplies, excluding paper and staples.
Our policy is to provide one toner that is placed in the machine and an additional one for backup. When you install the backup, it is then time to order a replacement. This approach ensures that you are never out of supplies and your toner is fresh!

SERVICE AND SUPPLY REQUESTS

At SolutionOne your convenience is important to us! Our service and supplies may be ordered using one of the following options:
1) e-info: log on to www.SolutionOneNow.com, enter your customer number and password and order toner and supplies or service needed. You are able to see all of your equipment, service history and account information. If you would like to use this option, call the Customer Call Center or send an email to tlc@SolutionOneNow.com. Your account number, password and access instructions will arrive via email to you.
2) Email your service and supply request to Supply@SolutionOneNow.com or Service@SolutionOneNow.com. Be certain to include in your email, the equipment ID number, Company Name, Contact Name and Phone Number. If you are placing a Service Call, a brief description of the problem is helpful. If you are entering a supply order, specify the toner, color toner, or staple item you are ordering.
3) Call our Customer Call Center and a representative will assist in placing your service or supply order. |
