Konica Minolta, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers and developer of business solutions, awarded SolutionOne with its 11th straight Pro-Tech Service Center Award recently, and the head of the service department couldn’t be any more thrilled about it.

The award, which has tough qualification requirements, was given to only one Konica Minolta dealer in the Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa areas. To earn the Pro-Tech Service Center Award a dealer must have all service technicians certified, a minimum of two techs certified on each Konica Minolta product, and 100% of service technicians either completed or actively pursuing Advanced or Master certification. Certification is not the only area that would qualify a dealer for the Pro-Tech award, but quickness to respond to service calls is also measured. A dealer must have a First Call Efficiency rate of above 70%. SolutionOne boasts 81% for 2015 thus far.
